Glasgow Airport is located 6 miles west of the city centre close to the towns of Paisley and Renfrew in Renfrewshire. This major international airport handles in excess of eight million travellers each year and all main carriers fly to Glasgow Airport. The airport has one terminal with three piers, the Western Pier serves international flights, the Central Pier services domestic flights and the Eastern Pier services low cost and Northern Ireland flights.
